Good location, near bus stop. Comfy beds, accommodating staff. Clean and good temperature. Great price, good quality. Large supermarket nearby. Friendly staff, decent night sleep. Spacious rooms with high ceiling, good bathroom unit.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and the location is ideal, situated in a nice neighborhood that is easily accessible to all the attractions. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The breakfast, included in the price, is a great start to the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist me. The location was superb, right in front of the main bus stop that takes you to a small shopping mall. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated opposite Sainsbury's cafe, making it extremely convenient for grabbing a quick bite or a coffee.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop for easy access to Edinburgh city center. The conservatory provides a cozy spot to relax, and there is a shopping complex within walking distance. The rooms are newly decorated and some even have doors leading out to a roof, offering a unique advantage. The breakfast options are delicious, including cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, and a full Scottish breakfast.
Some of the rooms in the hotel are not as nice and have less comfortable beds compared to others.
